Ed Pleasants

Ed Pleasants is a native of Columbus, Miss. He is a graduate of the inaugural class of the Mississippi School for Math & Science (1990). He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Law School, where he was awarded The William P. Cunningham Award.

He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Delta Phi, Golden Key, American Association for Justice, Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He serves on the Columbus-Lowndes County Public Library Board of Trustees and the MSMS Final Review Selection Committee.

Pleasants joined The Colom Law Firm in 2005 and practices in the area of personal injury litigation including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, toxic torts, and pharmaceutical litigation.
