Medical Products Liability
As much as we'd like to think that drugs and medical equipment are exhaustively tested and
completely safe by the time they get to the market, that is not always the case. Some drugs are released without thorough
testing, and sometimes pharmaceutical companies knowingly hide evidence that their new wonder drug is harmful. Likewise, flaws in
manufacturing dog some products: drugs do not have the proper concentration of medicines, and equipment may be poorly designed.
