Products Liability
A manufacturer has a duty to deliver to the public products that are well designed and free from
defects. It is also their responsibility to warn the consumer of any dangers posed by using their product. When a manufacturer
fails to do so, serious injury or death may result. These cases can arise from causes as diverse as faulty electrical equipment
that causes a fire, to brake failure on a tractor that causes it to unexpectedly roll forward and crush someone, to small parts
on a toy that break and pose a choking hazard.
